Extended custody terms of the officials of Ministry of Communication and its structural subdivisions

According to APA, there has been extended the custody term of the officials of Ministry of Communication and High Technologies and its structural subdivisions, who were arrested on criminal case instituted on the facts of abuse of service duties, embezzlement and other violations of the law.

By decision of Binagadi District Court the custody term has been extended in three months.

Agency notes that in course of investigation of the criminal case there were detected the facts of embezzlement and abuse of service duties by persons of structural subdivisions of the ministry such as “Aztelecom”, “AzInTelekom” and some others.

Operational investigative measures on detection all participants of corruption net and assessment of caused losses are under way.
