Justified in a court room

Baku Court of Appeal left in force justificative sentence of Nasimi District Court against Fuad Najaf, haqqin.az reports.

According to information, F. Najaf was detained by employees of MNS, subjected to tortures and accused in drugs storage.

The drugs-cocaine was found in his flat. Attesting witnesses stated in a court that they had not presented at time of drugs found.

Decision on justification has been contested by a prosecutor, but a judge of Baku Court of Appeal G. Babayev left in force justificative verdict of Nasimi District Court.
