Robbers sentenced to 25 years imprisonment

On 4 July, 2016 Baku Court on Grave Crimes completed judicial process against E. Antonovsky, A. Pavlenko and F. Gasymov, haqqin.az reports.

According to the court verdict, E. Antonovsky sentenced to 17 years of imprisonment, and A. Pavlenko and F. Gasymov convicted to four years imprisonment accordingly.

The gang of mentioned persons committed robberies of pos-terminals in Baku. In course of one of their robberies criminals shoot the policemen and wounded one of them.

Accused have sentenced under articles 120 (attempt to intentional murder), 177 (theft) and 228 (cold weapons-bearing).
