Considered an appeal filed against inspection of ‘Qanun’ Publishing House

The Baku Court of Appeal has considered the appeal filed against the inspection of ‘Qanun’ Publishing House. 

The court rejected the appeal. The attorney said he would appeal against the verdict, attorney Elchin Sadiqov told APA. 

On June 11, 2016 the police had inspected the “Qanun” Publishing House, seizing some of the suspicious printing materials. 

The publishing house then appealed to the Khatai district court as they deemed the inspection unlawful. Nevertheless, the court rejected the appeal. The house then filed an appeal.
