Prevented a deliver of a large amount of heroin

Employees of the Astara Customs Department of the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan have prevented a large amount of heroin in the country.

According to APA, heroin was detected in vehicle that belonged to M. Ismaylov, a citizen of Tajikistan. In course of inspection of the vehicle there was discovered and seized 141.156 g of heroin. The vehicle rid to Azerbaijan from Iran and was going to deliver the goods into Georgia. The driver was forwarded to law enforcement body.

The investigation of the case is underway.
