Court session on the case on cancellation of the ANS CM radio’s license

On 2 September 2016 the Baku Administrative Economic Court no. 1 examined a complaint of the ANS Independent television and radio company vs. National Council on television and radio (NCTR), APA reports.

In the process of court, presided by Judge E. Mammadov, R. Aliyev, the ANS’ lawyer, said that the NCTR’s decisions caused big losses to the ANS company and as result the company could not provide a salary to the employees.

The lawyer added that the sum of losses is increased day by day. 

T. Mammadov, a representative of the NCTR, said that the petition has no any grounds to be satisfied.

Judge in his speech announced that the petition will be examined the next court stage.

ANS Company demands the NCTR to cover its financial and material losses in amount of 1 million manats.
