Extended a period of arrest of B. Mammadov

Khatai District Court exanimed a submission of investigative body on prolongation of arrest’s period of Bayram Mammadov, a member of “NIDA” civil movement, APA reports referring to lawyer E. Sadigov.

Court satified a petition, arrest period has been extended to 2 months.

Bayram Mammadov is accused under article 234 (Illegal production, purchase, storage, transportation, sale of narcotic items, psychotropic substances or its precursors) of Criminal Code. He was arrested on 11 May 2016.
