Completed a court process on the criminal case over a former division’s chief of DMC

On 4 October 2016 in the Baku Court on Grave Crimes completed an examination of the criminal case over E. Mustafaoglu, a theologian, former division’s chief of the Department of the Muslims of Caucasus, APA reports.

Court process held in close regime.

According to the lawyer A. Mammadov, court examination has completed and prosecutor asked time to prepare for his speech.

Court session is scheduled on 18 October 2016.

Agency note that E. Mustafaoglu was arrested in 2014 under article 274 (treason) of the Criminal Code.
