Court releases of two former employees of the Ministry of communication

According to APA, on 6 October 2016 in Baku Court on Grave Crime completed hearings on criminal case of Fatulla Seyidov, a former chief of “Bakı Telefon Rabitəsi” telephone communication unit of Nizami District and Rashad Mammadov, a former chief accountant of this unit.

Court made a decision to according to which both of they have been sentenced to conditional imprisonment.

They were arrested after remove of E. Makhmudov from the post of the head of MNS and they have been accused under the articles 179.1 (embezzlement), 308 (abuse of official powers) and 313 (official forgery) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan
