Prosecutor seeks life imprisonment for Tale Baghirov
Baku Court of Grave Crimes on Monday, 26 December 2016 has been continuing the trial of Taleh Baghirov, Fuad Gahramanli and other persons arrested together them.
A public prosecutor made a speech at the trial, demanding a life imprisonment for Taleh Baghirov, who was arrested in a special police operation in Baku’s Nardaran settlement on November 26, 2015.
The prosecutor also asked the court to sentence the deputy chairman of Azerbaijan Popular Front Party, Fuad Gahramanli to eleven years in prison, other defendants Abbas Huseynov to 20 years, Jabbar Jabbarov 19 years, Rasim Jabrayilov 17 years, Ramin Yariyev 10 years, and each of Shamil Abdulaliyev, Zakir Mustafayev, Jahad Babakishizade, Aqil Guliyev, Abbas Guliyev, Ibrahim Khudaverdiyev, Etibar Ismayilov, Bahruz Guliyev, Ali Nuriyev, Alibaba Valiyev, Farhad Balayev and Abbas Tagiyev to 15 years in prison.
The trial will proceed on January 9, 2017
