Strange judge

In Azerbaijan, the judge appeared which creates unimaginable. For example, in one case, he excluded from a list of the evidence as inadmissible inspection and interrogation reports compiled with violations of the law. In another case he stopped the prosecution – appendage in the part of the illegal drug possession, charges against bully. To this day bully and his parents can not move away from the shock wondering what force intervened in the unknown paths of justice.

In the third case judge generally wondered: declared rejection, referring to the circumstances which might cast doubt on his impartiality. In the fourth case … . In short gone too far. Whatever the case, all it does not.

The judge’s name will not be called: misunderstand and can ostracize. Note only that an atypical young employee of justice lives on the second floor of the Khazar District Court of Baku and he is a Muslim.
