Prevented an attempt of illegal taking out a big amount currency

Officers of the Main Customs Department in Air Transport prevented an attempt to take out a big amount of non-declared foreign currency from country, haqqin.az cited the press-service of the State Customs Committee.

According to information, during checking with x-ray of a bag of some A. Mohammedreza who was going to leave for Tehran from Baku, there was found non-declared money.

Citizen of Iran was detained and subjected to inspection. As result there were discovered 172 USD100 bills in his bag, which were not declared.

Investigative actions are going on this fact.
