Convicted of fraud

On 14 April 2017 in the Baku Court for Serious Crimes the trial on the criminal case of the accused of fraud Tair Gurbanov ended, reports Day.Az.

By decision of the court T. Gurbanov was sentenced to imprisonment for a period of 7 years.

Gurbanov, using the credulity of 6 people, received from them a total of 80,000 manats. He did not return this money. Based on the application of the victims to the law enforcement bodies, T. Gurbanov was put on the wanted list. After that he was detained and taken into custody. He was charged with Article 178.3.2 of the Criminal Code (fraud with causing major damage).
