The criminal case of participants of Nardaran events was returned to the court of first instance

On 8 June 2017 the Baku Court of Appeal began court hearing on the appeal of Taleh Bagirov, Fuad Gahramanly and others.

APA reports that at the trial, chaired by Judge A. Bayramov, a lawyer of T. Bagirova Y. Imanov said that they have no familiarized with the protocols of the trial. In this regard, they asked to return the case to the court of first instance. The court granted the petition. After the lawyers get acquainted with the protocols, the case will be returned to the Baku Court of Appeal.
