“Sevil Massivi” Housing and Communal Service paid the victims AZN 10.5 million

The Baku Grave Crimes Court continued the examination of the criminal case against Sevil Massivi officials.

APA reports that Judge Afgan Hajiyev, who presided over the trial, said that out of 19 million manats of damage, 10.5 million manats were paid to the victims.

The lawyers of the accused persons asked the court for time to speak.

The process will continue on June 29, 2017.

The APA notes that the prosecutor asked the court to imprison Ainur Zeynalov for 15 years, Zabit Chelebiyev – 13 years, Mirnamat Miradiyev – 10 years, Sabina Aliyeva – 7 years.

It should be noted that according to information disseminated by the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office on July 25 last year, in connection with the fact of evasion by the CSK “Sevil Massivi” from paying taxes on a large scale, a criminal case was initiated in the Ministry of Taxes, the investigation was continued at the Main Department for Combat to Corruption under the Prosecutor General.
