Counterfeiters detained in Baku

In Baku, the father and son of Novruzov were detained, who tried to pay off counterfeit bills and sold false bills, the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan reported.

According to the information, on June 30, 2017 the residents of Baku city Samad Novruzov and his son Nabi, when were buying the goods, tried to pay a counterfeit banknote in value of 100 manat in one of the markets located in the Khatai district of Baku. They were detained by officers of the Khatai District Protection Department and taken to the 34th police station.

In fact, an investigation is under way.
