Judge – falsifier

The IOLR has received a complaint of K. Atayeva as follows:

Statement-complaint

Dear Mr. President!

Dear Gentlemen!

Please suppress arbitrariness which the judge of Sabail court Famil Nasibov creates in my case and refers to his chairman.

This so-called “Judge” from corruption concerns blatantly denied my claim to A. Beydiyev although he acknowledged part of the claim himself.

Today I have found that Judge Famil Nasibov completely distorted in records of court session our testimony and the testimony of our witnesses.

F. Nasibov has written in the records what he wanted that it was profitable and his records turned out as a little silly child prattle.

This is a complete arbitrariness and lawlessness.

Please read the protocol and make sure lawlessness, which creates Famil Nasibov.

This man only thinks of what he will live when he “would asked” to stop arbitrariness.

In order to falsification of the records Famil Nasibov did not allow sound recording of the process and twice denied these motions.

It is in brazen manner attempt to deprive me of my property and my money.

This is a completely lawlessness.

Dear Mr. President!

Please stop arbitrariness and lawlessness which creates behind you the court of Sabail District.

These people stain the name of Azerbaijan and its leadership.
