Judge is begging

A judge of the Sabail court of Baku demands to pay expenses that incurred in connection with preparation of a decision on the complaint of judicial review.

Writes about this a resident of Baku Makhmudov A., indicating in his statement that it is not the first time this judge miserliness.

Further Makhmudov writes that the decision was made not in his favor, a complaint is not specifically solved and forwarded to the superior court.

It is high time to put a donation box in Sabail court.
