Marked justice

Judge Ernst Henning Eielsen who conducted a trial of Norwegian terrorist Anders Breivik during interrogation of witness in the court session played patience on a computer i.e. played cards. Photography, confirming the above with appropriate commentary was published in “Verdens Gang” newspaper.

Judge Eielsen did not deny playing cards and saying that he did it in psychological purposes in order to fix the attention.

By the way he is namely that judge who has recently read lectures on culture of court process and rules of game in justice for inexperienced players (judges) of the CIS.
