A measure of restraint in the form of arrest chosen against Kh. Mammadov

The Main Department of Preliminary Investigation of Tax Crimes of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy initiated a criminal case on the facts of evasion of large debts on taxes and mandatory state social insurance payments of enterprises, which are actually directly managed by businessman Mammadov Hafiz Majid oglu, APA reports.

Due to the fact that Hafiz Mammadov refused to appear before the investigative body within the framework of the initiated criminal case, a decision was made to search for him to bring charges.

By the decision of the Yasamal district court, a measure of restraint in the form of arrest was chosen against Hafiz Mammadov.

The necessary investigative measures in the criminal case are ongoing.
