Prevented attempt to transport foreign currency

Employees of the State Customs Committee prevented an attempt to transport foreign currency across the customs border, oxu.az reports.

Thus, on the basis of information received by the Southern Territorial Department of Operations and Investigations of the Main Customs Directorate, at the Astara checkpoint, on the line of customs export control, a truck Jack was stopped en route to Iran, driven by a citizen of this country.

During the inspection, 22,260 dollars were found hidden from customs control in the outer part of the truck trailer and inside the ventilation pipe.
