The chief architect, accused in the same criminal case with V. Safarli, demands the return of his apartment

The chief architect of the second and third apartment buildings built for journalists, Telman Takhirov, who was prosecuted along with the former executive director of the abolished State Support Fund for Media Development (KİVDF) Vugar Safarli, has filed an appeal, oxu.az reports.

T. Takhirov, who was conditionally sentenced by the Baku Court of Grave Crimes, demands the return of the confiscated apartment.

He also asked the court to acquit him, noting that he had nothing to do with the charge. The complaint was filed with the Baku Court of Appeal.
