A criminal case was initiated against the chief architect

Teyub Safaly oglu Huseynov, chief architect of the Salyan region, head of the Department of Architecture and Construction of the region’s executive branch, has been charged with a criminal case, APA reports. T. Huseynov is accused of committing a number of violations.

In particular, he was charged under article 314-2.3 of the Criminal Code (allocation of land plots, or the issuance of a permit for construction or installation work in violation of the rules established by law, entailing grave consequences).

The preliminary investigation has been completed, the case has been sent for consideration to the Lankaran Court for Grave Crimes.

The criminal case was transferred to the execution of Judge Ilkin Abdullayev. A preparatory hearing has been scheduled for November 23, 2021.
