Detained drug dealer

Employees of the 25th police station of the Nizami District Police Department detained a person involved in drug trafficking, reports oxu.az.

So, the police received operational information that Rakhman Abdullayev, who rents an apartment in the district, is engaged in drug trafficking. In the course of the operational-search activities carried out, he was detained; during a search in his house, 12 grams of methamphetamine and 10 grams of heroin were found.

Law enforcement agencies found that the detainee kept drugs in another apartment, which he rented in the village of Bakikhanov, Sabunchu district. During a search at the indicated address, methamphetamine and heroin with a total weight of 1 kilogram 255 grams were also found.

During the investigation, it was established that R. Abdullayev regularly rented apartments in the capital and sold drugs there, often changing addresses in order to avoid being detained by the police.

Investigative actions are underway to establish the source of acquisition of the discovered drugs.
