Head of the Secretariat of the President of ANAS detained by police

On the basis of numerous complaints, the head of the Secretariat of the President of ANAS, Eldar Amirov, was detained by employees of the Main Department for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, APA reports quoting the head of the press service of the ministry, police colonel Ehsan Zahidov.

The complaints noted that Amirov arranged for people to work for money. The disclosure of other acts of E. Amirov is not ruled out.

According to other information, there is already a court decision against him. Thus, the court of the Narimanov district issued a decision to arrest Amirov for 30 days.

Eldar Gurban oglu Amirov was an assistant to R. Mehdiyev when he held the post of head of the Presidential Administration.

The investigation is currently ongoing.
