Another criminal case has been initiated against the businessmen under arrest

Another criminal case has been initiated against the director of the İdeal-V construction company, Chingiz Mammadov, and the actual founder of the company, Isa Mammadov, APA reports.

They were charged under article 178.3.2 (fraud, causing damage on a large scale) of the Criminal Code. 4 people were recognized as victims in the case.

The preliminary investigation against Chingiz Mammadov and Isa Mammadov has been completed. The criminal case has been sent to the Baku Grave Crimes Court for consideration. The case was referred to Judge Eldar Ismailov.

It should be noted that these persons were previously also accused of housing fraud. So, they sold one apartment to several buyers. They were found guilty of fraud for 3.2 million manats. By the verdict of the Baku Grave Crimes Court, Ch. Mammadov was sentenced to 10 and I. Mammadov to 11 years in prison.
