Criminal prosecution filed against more than 300 Armenians who committed crimes against Azerbaijanis

In order to conduct investigations on grave crimes committed against our people, in accordance with international agreements supported by the Republic of Azerbaijan, the norms of international law and the Criminal and Criminal Procedure Codes of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as taking into account the large number of suspects, accused and victims and the volume 5 main areas of investigation have been identified in the Republican Military Prosecutor’s Office, APA reports citing the head of the Special Investigation Department of the Republican Military Prosecutor’s Office, Senior Counselor of Justice Emil Tagiyev.
E. Tagiyev noted that criminal prosecution has been launched against 306 people in these areas. Decisions were made to prosecute them as accused under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code, they were put on the wanted list, and other necessary investigative measures were taken.
