Former head of the Ministry of Defense was taken into custody for a period of 4 months

The submission of the investigative body on the choice of a measure of restraint in the form of detention against the former head of the procurement and supply department of the Ministry of Defense Gurbanov Melikmammad Oruj oglu was considered, APA reports.

The representation was provided at the trial in the Baku Military Court. With regard to M. Gurbanov, a preventive measure was chosen in the form of detention for a period of 4 months.
