Prosecutor General’s Office: investigation into the case of officials of the Central Scientific Library continues

The Main Department for Combating to Corruption under the Prosecutor General continues to investigate a criminal case regarding the illegal actions of officials of the Park of Science and Technology LLC of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan (ANAS). The former director of this LLC was charged under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code and the case was sent to court, with respect to other persons, the criminal case was separated into a separate proceeding, reports report.az.

In addition, on the facts of abuse of power by officials of the Central Scientific Library of ANAS, the Main Department continues to investigate a criminal case initiated under the relevant article of the Criminal Code.
