Former director of the Museum of Modern Art accused of fraud

Former director of the Museum of Modern Art Khayyam Abdinov is accused of large-scale fraud and forgery of documents, APA reports.

He was charged under articles 178.4 and 320 of the Criminal Code.

The Sabail District Court, chaired by Judge Ulviya Shukurova, considered the submission of the investigative body. The judge satisfied the submission and chose against him a preventive measure in the form of detention for 4 months.

APA notes that Kh. Abdinov was detained by the State Security Service.
