Head of financial and budget department of the Ministry of Defense arrested

The head of financial and budget department of the Ministry of Defense Major General Nizami Mammadov arrested, reports APA.

Major General was detained as a result of an operation conducted by the State Security Service.

By decision of the Baku Military Court in relation to N. Mamedov, a preventive measure was elected in the form of an imprisonment for 4 months.

According to preliminary data, Nizami Mamedov is accused of assigning 80 million 600 thousand manat.
