Execution of the Amnesty Act completed

The execution of the Amnesty Act, adopted on the occasion of November 8 – Victory Day, has been completed, reports the Internet information portal report.az with reference to the head of the Department for Human Rights and Public Relations of the Ministry of Justice Aynur Sabitova.

In this regard, a press conference will be held on March 11, 2022 with the participation of relevant senior officials of the ministry.

So, at a meeting of the Milli Majlis on November 5, 2021, it was decided to declare an amnesty in connection with November 8 – Victory Day. The amnesty act was adopted at the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev.
