Ministry of Justice: Amnesty act covered 15,450 people

The Amnesty act covered 15,450 people, reports the Internet information portal report.az, citing the head of the inspection for supervision over the execution of sentences of the Ministry of Justice, Malik Alekperov.

In total, 8,626 people out of those covered by the Amnesty Act have been completely released from punishment, and 6,490 people have had their sentences reduced.
