Water meter thief detained

Employees of the 43rd police station of the Binagadi District Police Department detained a resident of the Agsu district Gorkhmaz Karimov, who is suspected of stealing 25 water meters in the village of Binagadi, reports oxu.az with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the country.

According to the information, G. Kerimov at different times stole water meters from 25 houses in the village and handed them over to one of the collection points for non-ferrous metals. Some of the stolen devices were identified and seized as evidence.

The materials collected on this fact were sent to the Binagadi District Police Department, the investigation continues.
