Warning to human rights activists

The Azerbaijani government has identified a list of mental disorders, which are allowed to be treated in facilities for primary health care. According to a decision of the Government, if the patient receiving treatment in the institutions of primary health care in the month does not get better he must be forwarded to treatment in a specialized psychiatric institution. The list of diseases and disorders are included such illnesses as organic emotionally labile (asthenia) disorder, mild cognitive disorder, agoraphobia, social and specific phobia, bulimia nervosa, dysthymia and etc.
