Operation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs: more than 70 kg of drugs seized

As a result of the Interior Ministry’s operation, 72 kilograms of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, as well as 1,427 pills containing psychotropic substances were seized from illegal circulation, APA reports quoting the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Residents of the Masalli region Ramiz Ibadov and his acquaintance Javidan Alizade were detained for drug trafficking in the country.

In fact, criminal cases have been initiated under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code. With regard to both persons, detained on charges of drug trafficking, a measure of restraint in the form of arrest was chosen by a court decision.
