Law enforcement bodes detained the cousin of Elman Rustamov

Businessman Talyb Guliyev, cousin of Elman Rustamov, who was expelled from the board of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan yesterday by decision of the Milli Majlis, was detained, oxu.az reports.

The entrepreneur was detained as a result of a law enforcement operation due to his illegal actions.

T. Guliyev was a manager at the Planet party house owned by E. Rustamov.
