New mechanism be applied to prevent the sale of apartments to more than one citizen

New methods will be applied to prevent illegal sale of apartments to more than one citizen, APA reports.

According to the Deputy Director of the Department of Analysis, Innovation and Project Management of the State Cadastre and Real Estate Register of the State Property Service Rashad Ablasanov, work is already underway in this direction to form a new mechanism, transfer certain procedures to the electronic plane.

According to R. Ablasanov, in this case, the security records are reflected in the Civil Code. Before the construction of the building or during the construction period, in accordance with the record, it will be possible to register the house in your name and then sell it in a notarial order. They cannot be put up for sale a second time, as this property will be registered by a notary of the above organization.
