Trial begins against head of website accused of fraud

The preliminary investigation of the criminal case against the editor-in-chief of the Xəbər var newspaper, the editor of the website Vetenperverler.az, Etibar Aliyev, who is accused of fraud against several persons, has been completed, reports the report.az news information portal.

The criminal case has been sent for consideration to the Baku Grave Crimes Court, which will be investigated under the chairmanship of Judge Ilham Mahmudov.

He is also the head of news portals XeberBiz.com and TehsilXeber.com.

A criminal case has been initiated against Aliyev Etibar Hasai oglu under article 178.3.2 (Fraud committed with causing damage on a large scale) of the Criminal Code.
