Appeal to the Prosecutor General’s Office in connection with serious violations in public procurement

The State Service for Antimonopoly Control and Consumer Market Supervision under the Ministry of Economy, based on the documents submitted by the Ministry of Education, sent an appeal to the Prosecutor General’s Office in connection with the falsification of documents on public procurement in a number of educational institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Education, APA reports.

The Ministry of Education submitted to the State Service more than 25 fake letters prepared on behalf of the State Service by the Antimonopoly Control and Consumer Market Supervision Service and providing for the implementation of single-source procurement structures for the Ministry of Education under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education, as well as the conclusion of contracts as a result of tenders.
