Drugs worth 89 million manats were seized from circulation in January-May of this year

In January-May of this year, Azerbaijan seized 89 million manat worth of drugs from circulation, the report.az information Internet portal reports with reference to the permanent working group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Addiction and Illicit Drug Trafficking.

It was noted that over the past 5 months of 2022, 2 tons 879 kg 824.75 g of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances were seized from illegal circulation, the total value of which is estimated at 89 million manats.
