Gudialchay sand and gravel deposit suffered financial damage

Based on the appeals of citizens and information from authorized state bodies, the Office for Extra-Criminal Prosecutions of the General Prosecutor’s Office investigated the facts of illegal extraction of sand and gravel in the territory of Guba region and illegal seizure of a land plot in Lerik region and illegal construction work in this territory, APA reports. with reference to the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

Thus, the investigation established that as a result of illegal extraction of sand by unauthorized persons on the territory allocated to citizen Gafar Rzayev at the Gudialchay sand and gravel deposit in the Guba region, damage was caused in the amount of 48 thousand 735 manats, a criminal case was initiated on the fact under article 188.1 , 255.1 (Violation of the rules for the protection and use of land) and 308.1 (Abuse of power) of the Criminal Code.

On the fact of unauthorized seizure by an official without the right of ownership of a land plot on the territory of the Vizazaminsky forestry in the Lerik region, a criminal case was initiated under articles 188.1 and 308.1 of the Criminal Code and sent to the prosecutor’s office of the Lerik region for investigation.
