In the case of A. Makhmudov Sabail District Court Judge Elnur Hasanov announced a decision to send the request to Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan.

However, a few days later A. Makhmudov received the decision to dismissing his complaint. It is obviously, because of he did not fulfill a request of the judge (read, please “The judge is begging”).
