Weapon seized from a former prisoner

Measures are being taken in the country to identify and seize illegally stored weapons and prevent future crimes, report.az Internet news portal reports with reference to the Barda regional group of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Nfr, as a result of the search activities carried out by the police department of the Aghjabadi region, Rauf Aliyev, previously convicted, is suspected of illegal possession of firearms. During a personal search, 1 Kalashnikov assault rifle, 105 cartridges and 2 magazines were found and seized from him.

The material evidence has been sent for examination.

On this fact, investigative actions are ongoing in Agjabadi District Police Department.
