Found responsible for the fire in Shabran

In connection with the fire in Shabran, one person was brought to justice. According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in the course of an investigation conducted by employees of the public security department of the Shabran District Police Department, it was established that the incident occurred due to irresponsibility and negligence, haqqin.az reports.

Thus, Elnur Nuriyev, a resident of the district, did not take any measures to eliminate the existing problems with electrical wiring and a lamppost laid through his sowing field, and also did not inform the relevant structures.

Police officers drew up an administrative protocol against E. Nuriyev in accordance with Article 244-1 (burning of a sown area) of the Code of Administrative Offenses and sent it to the Ministry of Agriculture for investigation.
