Housekeeper stole AZN 24,000 from apartment

In Baku, a housekeeper stole AZN 24,000 from the apartment where she worked, the report.az Internet news portal reports, citing the press service of the country’s Ministry of Internal Affairs.

On July 13, 2022 the 9th police station of the Sabail District Police Department received a complaint about the theft of 10,000 manats and 8,000 euros (24,000 manats) from a safe in one of the apartments in the district.

As a result of operational activities carried out by police officers, a resident of Baku, R. Jabbarova, who worked as a housekeeper in this apartment, was detained, suspected of committing a theft.

An investigation is underway.
