The European Court of corruption and arbitrariness

Complainants from Azerbaijan have received standard letters in large numbers from Strasbourg which dated May 21, 2012. It says that their complaints, which were taken by the European Court in 2006-2009, have declared inadmissible.

The contents of all letters compiled in Azerbaijan language and signed by legal adviser Vugar Fataliyev on behalf of the Court’s are the same.

The letters have been stated at the Court’s meeting of May 10, 2012 Judge Linos-Alexandre Sicilianos, individually, in accordance with § 2 of Art. 24 of the Convention with the speaker’s assistance have declared a complaint inadmissible because it does not meet the requirements of Articles 34 and 35 of the Convention. The decision is not subject to appeal to the Grand Chamber; the materials on the complaint will be eliminated after a year.

That is the answer of “the most humane court in Europe” for hundreds of desperate cries for help of people who believed in declared values ​​of democracy, justice, rule of law, etc. attributes of political games and corrupt hippodromes.

The complainants, family members and representatives are united in the evaluation of actions and decisions of the European Court of Human Rights: The European Court has turned to the court of corruption and arbitrariness.

Acquaintance with the contents of the rejected claims confirms such opinion and experts of the IOLR point out specific facts of lawlessness in the European Court which has turned into a court of human rights speculations.

A judge from Cyprus Linos-Alexandre Sicilianos does not know the Azerbaijani language but without a twinge of conscience made a decision on the complaint, all documents of which has compiled in Azerbaijan language.

Believed to speaker or … probably the latter either Cypriot is fully incompetent and he acts as a puppet in the Court.

Management of the Court, seeing and hearing about arbitrariness happening here, in fact, has turned into accomplices – patrons simultaneously fulfilling political orders.

From today the IOLR proceeds to an analysis of activity of the European Court of corruption and arbitrariness and on specific cases shows corruptibility of it members and illegitimacy of decisions made. The public and media will be informed about results of analysis the Court activity.
