About 2.5 billion manat allocated for pension payments

For the period from January to June 2022, 104 million manat more was allocated for pension payments – 2 billion 443 million manat, APA reports citing the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population. It is noted that this is 4.5% more compared to the same period in 2021.

Since the beginning of 2022, the minimum monthly pension has been increased by 20%, amounting to 240 manats.

Over the past 6 months, the average monthly pension was increased by 11%, amounting to 364 manats, the average monthly old-age pension – by 10.2%, amounting to 395 manats.
