For non-payment of rent at the shopping center “Sadarak” a complaint was filed with the court

The State Service for Property Issues requires the Sadarak shopping center to conclude a lease agreement, oxu.az reports with reference to Qafqazinfo.

Thus, the organization claims that despite the fact that the Trade Center operates on a state-owned land plot, no rent was paid to the State Service for this period.

The service has already filed a lawsuit. The case will be considered in the Baku Commercial Court under the chairmanship.

One of the interesting points related to the controversial issue is the participation in the court of the Baku City Executive Power as an interested party. The company “Sadarak” until today worked on the basis of the order of the capital’s Executive Office.

Note that the Sadarak shopping center is considered the largest market in the Caucasus.
