Social payments to the disabled of the 1st Karabakh war started

Another program of social support for the disabled of the first Karabakh war has been launched, APA reports quoting the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.

In accordance with the new Regulations approved by the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population began to provide lump-sum payments to the disabled of the first Karabakh war.
